We had an amazing stay at a stunning hotel with helpful staff. the location was extremely convenient for our needs, and the beautiful surroundings provided a restful and peaceful atmosphere. the bed in our room was incredibly fluffy and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a pleasant stay. the hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

The language barrier caused some minor inconvenience when communicating with the staff, but they made an effort to assist us and resolve any issues we encountered.

the signage in the swimming pool area was not in English, and it took nearly 45 minutes for someone to come and explain the rules to us.

Here we found an exclusive luxury experience, including a stunning health club, solarium and a great restaurant, all staffed by helpful and delightful personnel. the bar and lounge area are perfect for relaxing, while the ballroom was a memorable space for a special occasion. the location is central, making this hotel the ideal base for exploring the city.

We encountered a minor issue with the service, as the staff took a bit too long to fulfill our request. this was quickly resolved, and didn't impact our overall fantastic experience.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel was conveniently located in the city center and close to popular tourist attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. the staff was courteous and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we encountered.

Our stay was not without its frustrations. The swimming pool had no English instructions, which caused confusion and delays.
